Wasn't sure about the 90s-style shell at first, but the buttons feel crisp and the d-pad is way more precise than my old pad. Works fine on my Series S, plugged in and it just went.

The retro shape actually fits my hands better than the modern Xbox pad, and the buttons have a satisfying click to them. Works fine on my Series S, no lag at all.

Thomas R. ★★★★★ Nov 3, 2026

Didn't expect the 90s-style shell to feel this solid in the hand, but the D-pad and face buttons respond just like a modern pad. Synced right up to my Series S and the cord is plenty long for couch play.
