Wasn't sure a cartridge this old would still save scores, but it does—booted right up and every level runs smooth. The contacts look freshly cleaned too, no blowing or wiggling to get it working.
The cart fired up on the first try, which surprised me given how old this thing is. Only gripe is the label's a bit worn, but it cleaned up fine and plays exactly like I remember.
The cartridge is cleaned and boots up fine with no blowing required, so it does work as promised. But Q*Bert's isometric hopping gets old fast on the tiny screen, and the controls feel stiff compared to the arcade version.
